About

I bring a wealth of expertise, holding B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles, and Capella University. My doctoral dissertation having been completed at the University of Southern California. My passion lies in delving into the intricacies of anxiety disorders, striving to provide meaningful insights and solutions to mental health challenges.

Beyond this, I also hold the title of Certified Life Coach, boasting credentials from MVP Coaching and an Infinite Possibilities Coach certification under the tutelage of the renowned Mike Dooley. This unique blend of qualifications allows me to infuse my practice with a refreshing perspective, rooted in positive psychology and personal development.

While my professional journey is defined by a commitment to mental wellness, I’m anything but one-dimensional. Outside of my clinical work, I’m an ardent advocate for creative expression. Whether I’m crafting compelling narratives in the form of historical fiction or exploring the depths of human emotion through the written word, my endeavors extend far beyond the confines of academia.

Through my blog, Rose Petals and Cream, I invite readers to embark on a journey with me—a journey that celebrates the beauty of the human experience, the tranquility of the English Countryside, and the enchanting hues of New England in the Fall. Join me in exploring the intersection of psychology, storytelling, and the boundless possibilities that await us all. Discover more at www.rosepetalsandcream.com
